Average woman - 2000 calories a day.
OPTION A - 5 meals a day, 400 calories each, every 3 hours.
vs.
OPTION B - 3 meals a day, over 600 calories each, every 5 hours.
Option A will prevent blood sugar levels from going very low and keep you feeling fuller and satisfied for longer. Plus, you get to eat more often.
WIN-WIN? I think so. And as your cravings reduce, you’ll be able to make better, healthier food choices as well as enjoy the occasional cheeky treat every now and again GUILT FREE.
